A nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Home Health Aide

  • Personal hygiene

  • Preparation of meals

  • Cleaning patient's immediate environment

Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists

  • Can provide therapeutic and rehabilitative therapy

Home Nurse Examining Patient

Medical Social Worker

  • Assist with obtaining community resources
