Assistance with tub or shower, bathing: bathing or assisting the patient with bed bath. 

Personal care assistance such as shaving.

Assist patient with the exercises as per plan of care.

Prepare meals; wash clothes; housekeeping incidental to care and which does not substantially increase the time spent by the nursing assistance.
