Am I eligible for home health?

Omni Home Care provides home health care without regard to race, creed, color, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or handicap. However, there are certain criteria home health care patients must meet.

Home-bound (restricted ability to leave his or her home infrequently with or without assistance) due to an illness or injury.

Home health services can only be ordered by your physician.

You must need one of the following: skilled nursing care, physical therapy, on an intermittent basis.
